Frisbees, Inc. is in need of full-time personnel to add to our delivery department. Primary responsibilities are to deliver construction materials and parts to job sites utilizing pickups and stake bed trucks. Once on-site, materials are then hand-carried to the location. This can be a physically demanding job at times, so a strong work ethic is needed. Mechanical aptitude and order-picking/warehousing experience are a plus.

CDL is not required.

Job Description:

Are you in the commercial plumbing field as a journeyman foreman and looking for a change?  Frisbees, Inc. is looking for an experienced Light Commercial Plumbing Project Manager/Estimator who is responsible for estimating light commercial jobs and managing the project to completion. This individual will coordinate activities and functions while maintaining and developing contractor relationships through quality service and support. Qualified candidates will have a strong customer focus that is positive and enthusiastic, and drive employee engagement in a rapidly changing and highly competitive construction environment.

Pay Rate: Competitive Wage Depending on Experience + Annual Performance Bonus

Required Qualifications/Experience

• 2+ years commercial plumbing estimating and/or 5+ years commercial plumbing journeyman foreman background required
• Excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, great customer service skills
• Quick decision-making skills in day-to-day responsibilities and accountabilities
• Ability to work in an environment with interruptions and interact with diverse situations and people
• A self-starter able to prioritize needs with confidence based on the deadlines and activities within the responsibilities and accountabilities
• Excellent communication skills: written and verbal

Essential Duties

• Produce estimating takeoffs, assembling finished proposals, and managing projects.
• Follow-up on all leads, proposals, and potential sales until closed or lost.
• Establish goals and objectives as they relate to the position, along with a plan of action to attain or exceed set goals. Regularly review and monitor progress against goals, and seek assistance as needed.
• Manages total project to ensure the project is completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Actively participates in developing and maintaining a team culture among commercial plumbing personnel including customer communications and completing all work as it relates to the project including scheduling, inspections, product registration and rebates, and customer satisfaction follow-up.
• Work with contractors and team to provide technical support, resolve issues, and provide plumbing maintenance if needed.
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with general contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Manage change orders to include monitoring pending change orders to assure that changes to the work are communicated to the customer and documented for invoicing purposes.
