We charge an $85 Dispatch Fee for our technician to arrive at your location. This fee covers arrival only and does not include labor. Labor is billed at $135 per hour, with a ½ hour minimum. Our Clean & Check services are $149 for the first unit and $55 for each additional unit, per season (Spring AC or Fall Furnace). Prices do not include filters, parts, or tax.
